I woke up and it was the future. You could tell me it was any time and I’d believe you. I think it might be 100 ‘o’clock. I had a dream about stepping on a caterpillar, and then felt like I was stepping on caterpillars much of the morning. I walked to the market and bought a swim cap and goggles, then swam with B, L, and M. A meeting at the school where I’ll teach. Then beef noodles. Strangers on the elevator say bye bye to me even though we never even looked at each other. Now it is raining. I’m going to read and try not to sleep. And there are wild monkeys nearby. I can see them scheming in the telescope.
